Before you enquire

A few practical answers.

You do not need a finished technical brief to start. We can help identify the details your packaging project needs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the packaging format, material, printing process, tooling and manufacturer. Share your estimated quantity so we can assess practical options. Some selected standard products may have low or no factory-set MOQ.

Can you work from our existing packaging?

Yes. We can review a sample, photo, dimensions, artwork and finishing requirements to investigate suitable manufacturing options. Sampling helps confirm the specification before bulk production is approved.

Do we need finished artwork before contacting you?

No. You can start with a logo, existing artwork, sample or packaging idea. Where required, we can coordinate artwork preparation, layout adaptation and production-ready files.

Can we review a sample first?

Depending on the project, options can include a material sample, printed proof, factory sample, prototype or customised pre-production sample. The applicable cost and timing are confirmed before proceeding.

What are the production and delivery lead times?

Timing varies by format, artwork readiness, sampling, quantity, manufacturer and freight method. Include your required delivery date and location so the available routes can be assessed.

How are food-contact requirements handled?

Intended use, product contact, material suitability, supplier documentation, testing and relevant Australian requirements are assessed for each project before supply is agreed.
