For U Supply supported a Western Australian brewery with the sourcing and production of 400 custom branded umbrellas designed to carry the brewery's visual identity beyond traditional packaging and signage.
The project involved more than applying a logo to an existing product. The umbrella canopy artwork, product configuration, assembly, production quality and final presentation all needed to work together as one finished branded merchandise item.
Our role was to coordinate the manufacturing process from approved design through production, quality inspection, packing and delivery preparation.

Making the Brand Work Across the Canopy
Large-format umbrella artwork needs to remain visually clear across multiple fabric panels, seams and structural sections. The printed canopy was reviewed before the project progressed through final assembly.
Managing the Product Beyond the Printed Canopy
Branded merchandise still needs to function as a physical product. Assembly therefore forms an important part of the manufacturing process alongside the printed design.
Quality Control Before Packing
Before the finished umbrellas were prepared for shipment, production output was reviewed to confirm that the merchandise presented consistently as a finished branded product.
Preparing the Finished Order for Delivery.
Once production and quality review were complete, the finished umbrellas were packed and prepared for international transport to Western Australia.
