02 What are your core services?
Our core services include customised packaging, corporate merchandise and apparel, AgTech products, agricultural facilities and project-specific procurement.
We also provide supplier sourcing, product development, sampling, production coordination, quality assurance, freight support and delivery coordination.
03 Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and operate as a service-area business without a physical retail storefront.
We support clients throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia, including Mandurah, Margaret River, Busselton, Dunsborough, Albany, Denmark and surrounding regions.
Online consultations are also available for clients outside these locations.
04 What types of custom packaging do you offer?
We provide customised packaging solutions including wine labels, foil-stamped presentation boxes, luxury gift packaging, paper bags, retail cartons and high-strength corrugated export cartons.
Packaging can be developed around your required dimensions, materials, colours, artwork, printing methods, finishes and presentation requirements.
05 Do you provide corporate merchandise and apparel?
Yes. We can source customised uniforms, branded apparel, corporate gifts, promotional products and lifestyle accessories for business branding, events and staff use.
Available options depend on the product, branding method, required quantity and delivery timeline.
06 What do you offer for agricultural and industrial businesses?
We source AgTech hardware, agricultural products, modular agricultural facilities, processing facility components and selected industrial or project-specific products.
Requirements can be assessed using drawings, dimensions, performance specifications, reference images or an existing product sample.
07 How can your sourcing service help reduce costs?
We help clients compare manufacturing options, consolidate suppliers, reduce unnecessary intermediaries and select specifications that are commercially suitable for the intended use.
Our factory-direct sourcing model may provide more competitive pricing, while coordinated procurement can also reduce administration, communication and freight complexity.
Depending on the product, order quantity and existing purchasing structure, clients may achieve cost savings of 20% or more. Actual savings vary by project and are not guaranteed.
08 How do you manage the quality of overseas-manufactured goods?
Quality requirements are established through agreed specifications, materials, dimensions, artwork, colours, finishes and approved samples.
We communicate these requirements to the manufacturer and can coordinate factory inspections, production checks or pre-shipment inspections when appropriate.
The inspection scope is agreed before production and may vary according to the product, order value and manufacturing process.
09 Why work with For U Supply instead of ordering directly?
Ordering directly may require you to manage supplier research, specifications, samples, production communication, inspections, international freight and delivery separately.
For U Supply provides one Perth-based point of contact to coordinate these steps and communicate with manufacturers on your behalf.
This gives your business clearer accountability, fewer supplier handovers and better visibility throughout the sourcing process.
10 What are your business hours and how can I contact you?
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Western Australian time.
Consultations are available by phone, email or online appointment. You can call us on 0433 830 868 or submit an enquiry through our contact page.
11 How long does the complete sourcing process take?
The complete lead time depends on the product, level of customisation, sample approval process, production requirements and shipping method.
Once finished goods are shipped by sea, the typical transit time to an Australian warehouse is approximately 30–45 days.
This estimate does not include product development, sampling, manufacturing, customs clearance, local delivery or delays outside our control. A project-specific timeline will be provided before the order is confirmed.
12 What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary according to the product, materials, manufacturing process and level of customisation.
Standard products may have lower minimum quantities, while custom printing, colours, tooling, moulds or specialised finishes may require a larger production run.
We will confirm the applicable minimum order quantity before you proceed with sampling or production.
13 Can I receive a sample before placing the full order?
Sampling is generally available and is recommended for custom products.
The sample may be an existing factory sample, a digitally printed prototype or a fully customised production sample, depending on the product and manufacturing process.
Sample costs, tooling charges and delivery fees are normally quoted separately.
14 What artwork or design files do you need?
For printed packaging and branded products, vector artwork such as AI, EPS or print-ready PDF files is normally preferred.
Logos, brand colours, fonts, product information and any required legal text should be supplied in final approved form.
Where required, we can obtain the factory dieline or artwork template so your designer can prepare files to the correct dimensions.
15 Do you arrange freight, customs clearance and delivery?
We can coordinate international freight and delivery to an Australian warehouse or another agreed destination.
The final arrangement depends on shipment size, delivery location, product type and the commercial terms of the quotation.
Customs clearance, duties, GST, port charges, storage and local delivery will be identified in the quotation where they form part of the agreed scope.
16 What is included in your quotation?
The quotation will identify the product, specifications, order quantity, unit pricing and the agreed freight or delivery scope.
Tooling, samples, printing plates, freight, customs charges, duties, GST, storage or local delivery may be listed separately, depending on the order.
Any known exclusions or assumptions will be stated before the order is confirmed.
17 What are the usual payment terms?
Payment terms vary according to the manufacturer, product, level of customisation and order value.
Custom-manufactured orders commonly require a deposit before production, with the remaining balance payable before shipment or according to the terms stated in the quotation.
18 What happens if the delivered products have a quality issue?
Any suspected damage, shortage or manufacturing issue should be reported promptly with photographs, quantities, packaging details, batch information and other supporting evidence.
We will review the issue against the approved specifications, samples, artwork and available inspection records.
We will then coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or logistics provider to assess the cause and determine an appropriate resolution.
19 Can you manage repeat orders?
Yes. We can retain approved product specifications, artwork, supplier information and production references to make future orders more efficient.
Pricing, materials, minimum quantities and lead times should still be reconfirmed before each repeat order, as manufacturing, exchange rates and freight conditions may change.
20 Can you source products that are not shown on your website?
Yes. Our website presents the main industries and solutions we support, but we are not limited to a fixed product catalogue.
Send us a product description, image, sample, drawing or specification together with the required quantity, target timeline and delivery location.
We can then assess potential manufacturing and sourcing options for your requirement.
21 Does For U Supply offer low minimum order quantities for custom packaging orders?
